Lauren Bacon

Lauren Bacon is the fourth generation of her family to enter the Florida insurance business.  She is a 2011 graduate of Rollins College earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science as well as minors in Classical Studies and Animal Psychology.  During her time in college, Lauren worked in the Rollins IT Department and she has put that experience to work coordinating the Earl Bacon Agency’s Social Media outreach.  She is a recipient of the Leon County “Best and Brightest Award,” a graduate of Youth Leadership Tallahassee (Class III), Leadership Tallahassee Class 38, and has earned the Girl Scout Gold Award.  Lauren has served on multiple community boards including The Animal Shelter advisory board, Theater Tallahassee, St. Francis Wildlife Association, The Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals, and Opening Nights Performing Arts. Lauren holds the CISR insurance designation.  She earned her 2-14 and 2-40 in 2012 and became a licensed 2-20 agent in 2014. She is a proud puppy parent of two rescue dogs and has been a foster mom to over 60 dogs in need (and counting!).
